Mr. Garcia has over 30 years of experience in the fields of architecture and engineering. He holds two Master of Science degrees in the fields of urban design, urban planning and transportation engineering. He is the founding member of El Taller Colaborativo, PC (ÒETCÓ), a prominent engineering and architectural firm in Newark, New Jersey with substantial experience in urban ÒgreenÓ design, urban planning and mass transit related projects, as well as education facilities. Significant projects led by Mr. Garcia include: Hudson Bergen Light Rail, Newark Liberty International Airport Rail Station, New York City Transit Corona Maintenance Shop & Car Washer Facility, and Newark Public School System - Various Facility Designs. Mr. Garcia is a recognized business leader in the fields of architecture, government procurement, and ÒgreenÓ building and design. He most recently served on the transition team for Governor John Corzine on the subject of ÒgreenÓ energy and construction. Luis J. Diaz, JD

Luis J. Diaz is a Director and Chief Diversity Officer for Gibbons, P.C., an AMLAW 200 law firm and practices in the fields of intellectual property, government relations and cross-border transactions. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in a wide range of complex matters including intellectual property law, technology related joint ventures and strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing, and government relations. Mr. Diaz provides legal and business counsel to business units in the United States and abroad on commercial and intellectual property matters and is experienced with diversified industries in both private and publicly traded companies.
Prior to joining Gibbons, Mr. Diaz helped launch Aztec Equity Partners, an equity fund focused on green development, where he still serves in an advisory capacity. He was also an Executive Vice President and Senior Counsel with IDT Corporation (NYSE:IDT). He founded the intellectual property group at IDT. Mr. Diaz managed and oversaw a staff of six IP professionals on a wide range of matters worldwide including software and technology licensing, patent litigation, patent procurement and portfolio development strategies, trademark prosecution, patent clearance studies, and technology-related mergers and acquisitions, especially in telecommunications-related fields. Mr. Diaz also served on the Technology Committee to the IDT Board of Directors. He was also an advisor to the government relations team.
