Architecture
Ceiba’s architectural division consists of talented, service-oriented professionals with both general and specific fields of expertise. These include registered architects, landscape architects, interior designers, and specification writers, who provide the same high degree of attention and care to all projects regardless of size. Ceiba keeps abreast of the latest computer-aided drafting and design (CADD) technologies, including the latest versions of AutoCAD and Microstation.

Civil Engineering
Ceiba’s full service civil engineering department is actively involved in the planning and design of infrastructure and site facilities. Our talented professionals have experience in utility design, roadway design and site development and structural design. Some services include: Facility Inventories; Condition Surveys, Inspections and Assessments; Conceptual Plan Development with Design Recommendations and Estimates; Preliminary and Final Design Plans; Permitting.

Construction Management
As Construction Managers, Ceiba assumes an independent role in the consruction process, advocating only the client’s interest. In this role, Ceiba delivers unbiased expertise to effectively manage any construction project and ensure successful completion. As part of our philosophy of "no surprises", Ceiba strives to foster a cooperative project environment through effective communications and timely project reporting and follow-up. We assure the services of quality construction, delivered on-time and within budget.

Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection
Ceiba has a staff of experienced and knowledgeable professional engineers, designers, CADD designers, and inspectors, capable of providing design and construction administration services on a variety of projects for electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection work. The staff has a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards including ADA, ANSI, ASHRAE, ASME, BOCA, IEEE, IES, NEC, NFPA, NESC and NSPC.

Historic Preservation
Historic Preservation protects buildings, structures, sites and objects of national and local significance. Ceibahas been able to successfully integrate the Secretary of Interiors Guideline for Rehabilitation and Section 106 with the requirements of various renovation programs. Our design efforts carefully consider the impact of code compliance, ADA compliant access, and fire and safety issues with-out comprising the historic integrity of the structure. Our comprehensive approach provides the client with an opportunity to review the types of programs and incentives that are available to develop and expand the rehabilitation project. Incentives for rehabilitation have been further enhanced by the expansion of transportation programs.
